When you need something late at night, the Adirondacks is short on all-night establishments. It's only in New York City where they never sleep! However, there are some strategically located exceptions to aid the hungry stomachs and gas tanks of the intrepid traveler. There are a few all-night places in the Adirondack Parks section of Adirondack Northway.

If you use the Adirondack Northway, I-87, northbound:

The last Northbound 24 hour store is at Exit 26, Pottersville.(southern half)
Southbound from Montreal it's ~~Exit 34, Keeseville~~ Exit 36, South Plattsburgh, PARC
There is a small one about 1/4 mile west of Exit 32, going towards Lewis. 1/29/2006
Exits 4, 6, 8, 9, 10, 12, 13, 15 - 23(exc. Ex 22) have 24 stores at or near the exits.
